Does he like me?

Sometimes I catch him staring at me during lunch and he's starting to drink Bid Red like me too. (Dumb, I know.) But the problem is, he never talks to me. He just ignores me and basically just pretends like I don't exist. Is he acting this way because he doesn't know how to act or is he repulsed by me?
