Irish or scots guards ?

I've applied for the British army and have to pick a job now lol I was given a list of jobs I'm qualified for and everyone said Irish or Scots guards would be good. So I looked into it and they both look great but not much detail realy and I can't decide which job. they both look like the same job in different regiments, so which regiment is better? Any info would be great also Ive got strong Irish decent if that makes a difference :)
