The CIA following me?

This morning I woke up and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth when I heard someone crawling around in my attic. I went up there to see if I had an intruder but he already left. I freaked out and drove to my friend's house and noticed a black car following me down the freeway. It was a Ford Taurus. Isn't that what the CIA drives? A few years ago I went to a protest against the government putting fluoride in the water supply and I have done extensive research on the issue. I'm afraid I know too much and they want me dead. The cops won't listen to me anymore (I've called them about other incidences) and I don't know where to turn.I'm worried they have bugged my car and my home, and I can't trust my friends. What do I do? Please help.
