i have the same meal plan almost! look, your body takes time to recover. it needs vitamens and is still trying to go back intot he malnourished state. you should treat it well. dont count calories, but do still exercise lightly. go ride a bike for fun or got ake dance lessons or gymnastics. go swimming for the heck of it. you can seriously eat whatever you want with the help of exercising. treat your body nicely by eating a sweet treat 1ce a week. i know its hard but keep your head up
