Questing about different types of surgeons. Help me please?

So I wanted to be a neurosurgeon for a very long time.. But i recently looked up today their work hours and alot of them work for 80 hours for the first 20 years and then it goes down to 60 hours a week. I really want to be a surgeon to be able to save lives. Its something I would love to do. But I want one that gives good money and good work hours. I want to be able to have a family and be there for more kids but I don't see how I could possible do that working at 80 hours a week. I looked up some and I came up to pediatric surgeons and plastic&reconstruction surgeons. Can anyone tell me if they anything about these 2? Along with any others?
