Sugar/candy obsession?

Drink a gl of water and eat something with more nutritional value, a mix of carbs/protein/fat. That will help you feel more satisfied. Just make sure it is something you also enjoy, because it is also proven that when we enjoy something, we are more easily satisfied. Then occupy yourself with something else, call a friend or work on a project to take your mind off of it. Good luck!
