What should i do? could there be something really wrong with me?

i had a blood test done a week ago to check for ceoliac disease. i have the results back and the allergy test is clear and fine. and the main one is fine - the nurse said somthing on the phone about the level needs to be under 11 with the antibodies and mine was 1? i don't really understand it. i have made an appointment as i want me doctor to explain and see if there is something else he could do for me. i am thinking he will probably send me to a gastro specialist i went to one a coupl of years ago and had an endoscopy and colonoscopy both where fine and no signs of ceoliac disease. they put it down to IBS.. my symptoms are; flatulence & abdominal distention, constipation more then diarrheoa, bloating, nausea, weight loss. i feel i havent grown much through my life i am 21 F 51kg 166cm height. small . i dont want to go through those horrible prosedures again; endoscopy and especially the colonoscopy it was horrible and embarring. is there something else they could without having to go into hospital? i havent had any gluten or wheat since the blood test and all my symptoms have gone exept i am still abit constipated abit. i am goin to see my doctor next week what should i ask him? i also am taking medication for depression. i fel alot better in myself whilst i have taking this medication has been for about 3weeks. i also have keretaconus in my right eye, and dermatitis on my hands sometimes.
