If you find out your unborn child has a high risk of having muscular dystrophy do you abort?

This is a question only the parents can answer and it is too personal for anyone else to offer an opinion. It depends on the strengths and weaknesses, living situation, earning power and ability to cope with what they already have. Anyone else who weighs in, simply doesn't have all the information. And you can rail on about the rightness or wrongness of abortion all you want, but it has to be a personal choice and the ability to provide for that child to be and the ones that already exist, has to be part of the criteria for the decision. The answer has to come not only from the parents hearts, but from their experience and knowledge of their own ability to handle the situation.
