Will my female outweigh my male?

Possibly, since they are mixed. Usually in pure bred dogs, the male outweighs the female by several pounds. She may be slightly overweight, or may just turn out to be bigger. She may also turn out to be smaller. Large breed dogs sometimes take more than a year to grow, so just give them some time.
