Organizational chart for a cargo or transport ship?

On merchant vessels the captain is the ranking licensed officer. This is followed by the chief mate, second, and third mate in the deck department and paralleled by the chief engineer first, second, and third engineer on the engine side. Unlicensed chain of command is Bosun, able body seaman, and ordinary seaman. QMED’s, Fireman and wipers round out the engine unlicensed. Hope this helps.
